We hope this message finds you and your family healthy.

We miss the smiles, the laughter, and the relationships with all of you and are excited to open our doors again. We have been back open since Monday, June 1st while following guidelines from the Center for Disease Control, American Dental Association, California State Dental Board, and the Santa Clara County Department of Health.

Our office has always practiced universal precautions before the coronavirus pandemic, but we have enhanced these safety measures to defend everyone against the COVID-19 infections. These are the additional precautions and measures in place so that we can continue to provide you with safe and timely service:

Limiting the number of appointments and people in the office. Please do not bring additional guests, such as significant others and family members. If you need someone to bring you to the appointment, please have them wait in their car. If you feel you need to accompany your child to their visit, we ask only one adult to be present.

All books, magazines, and toys have been removed from the lobby

Improved protective gear and sterilization steps by all employees

Social distancing protocol of 6 feet

Spaced waiting room seating including outdoor seating

Taking the temperature of all patients using a contactless (no touch) thermometer. Please be advised that you will be asked to reschedule your appointment if your temperature is above 100.4ºF.

Air Filtration: Medical grade HEPA filtration and air purification units are placed throughout the office.

If you prefer not to visit for an in-office appointment at this time, we would like to see you virtually. Please contact the office to schedule via e-mail (pacentraldental@yahoo.com) or phone at (650) 321-8731.

Before your appointment, we will send a COVID-19 questionnaire / form and a consent to treat form. Please complete and submit these forms within 24 hours of your appointment. We are unable to see patients unless these forms are received.

If you or your child are mildly sick with a cold or fever, please stay home until everyone in your household has completely recovered.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment it is imperative to let us know as soon as possible, as it is appreciated if we offer another patient the opportunity to be seen.

We truly appreciate your cooperation as we navigate through these times. With all of the rapid changes to our daily norms, we want to reassure you we are here for you, as always. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we can answer any questions that you may have!

Thank you for being our valued patient during and after these tough times. We will not only get through this, but we will emerge stronger after it!
